Super Punch allows employees to manage their own punches with more autonomy. They can adjust records, justify delays or absences, and track hours worked.
To make this feature visible to employees, it must be enabled in the Basic permission group or in another access level used for standard employees. Only administrators with access to settings can enable it.
Key actions or configuration
- Access permission settings
- In the admin panel, click the initials icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Company Settings.
- Open the Permissions tab.
- Select the permission level used by employees, usually Basic.
- The list of permissions appears under Time tracking.
- Locate the Super Punch permission
- In the Basic permission list, find Super Punch.
- It appears with a numeric indicator showing that subpermissions exist.
- If the checkbox is not selected, employees cannot see the module.

- Define the Super Punch access level

- Create punches only for empty slots — the employee will be able to create punch adjustments for “empty spaces” marked as “Missing”.
- Create punches for non-empty slots — the employee will be able to create punch adjustments for records that have already been made.
- Organize punches — allows the employee to change the order of their punches, including arranging them chronologically.
- Click Save.
- Guide employees after enabling
- After saving, the Super Punch menu appears under Attendance for all users with that profile.
- Inform the team where to find it and how to use it.
Tips or Troubleshooting
- If the permission does not appear, confirm that you selected the correct permission profile.
- Users in groups without Super Punch enabled will not see the module.
- Only clicking Save records the access change.
