Super Punch provides an aggregated view of punches by groups such as teams. It helps leaders identify pending punches, invalid punches, progress, absences, and extra hours.
From a group view, you can drill down into employees and then open an individual timesheet view.
Key actions or configuration
Open Super Punch
Go to Attendance.
Confirm the Super Punch tab is active.
Check that the selected date range contains data.
Select a group filter
Open Group, Employee.
Select All Teams.
Example: the table changes to one row per team.
Review group metrics
Analyze the columns displayed, such as:
Employees
Pending Punches: total punches that employees in the group have submitted for adjustment and are awaiting your management.
Invalid Punches: reflects the total number of records outside the company's business rule.
Progress: indicates, within the selected period, the number of hours worked in relation to the number of hours planned.
Missing Days: total number of planned workdays without any punches registered.
Extra Hours and Banked hours.
Tip: focus on teams with many pending punches and low progress.
Open an employee view
Click an employee.
The individual management view opens for day-by-day corrections.
Example: identify missing punches quickly.
