The Payroll report is the official monthly report for each employee. It shows only valid punches within the selected period, with classification, applied work rules and total hours worked.
Reports can be printed or exported and are available to Administrators, Supervisors and the employee.
Access the report
In the Reports menu, select Payroll report.
Select employees
Use the Search Employee field to find a person.
Set the date range
Select the time period (usually the payroll month).
Only valid punches within that range are considered.
Generate and review
Click Generate to display the Payroll report.
Review daily entries and totals.
Choose the columns
Click the Columns icon to select which data to display.
Options include: Schedule, Pay policy group, Planned hours, Worked hours, Break periods, Night shift, Late arrivals, Early leaves, Extra Hours (phases and quantities), Banked hours (phases and accumulated), Missing hours, Holiday, Obs, On‑call, and more.
Export or print
To export all reports at once, click Download multiple reports.
To export a specific employee, click the download button next to their name and choose PDF, CSV or XLSX.
Tips or troubleshooting
Rejected or Pending punch adjustments do not appear in this report, same for invalid punches; always verify if the adjustments were approved.

Generate monthly: create the report at the end of each month for payroll processing.
Select relevant columns: include only the data you need to simplify analysis.
