How can I access my ACJEF Tax Report?

Day.io does not include an interface to generate the ACJEF (Exception Control Log File). Administrators can only download AFD, AFDT, AFD (671) and AEJ (671) reports.

To obtain an ACJEF, you must contact Day.io support.

1. Request ACJEF from support

   • Send an email to suporte@oitchau.com.br requesting the ACJEF report and include the desired date range.

   • Support will generate the file and return it via email.

Tips

• Administrators only – only users with administrative permissions may request ACJEF files.

• Request in advance – the report is generated manually; allow time for processing.
