Companies that provide consulting or outsourcing services can analyze client hours using the Client reports module.
This module offers three report types: a summary of hours for all clients, hours by job site (location), and hours by employee. The data updates in real time and can be exported.
Access the client report
In the side menu, select Reports and then Client report.
Choose the report type
Use the drop‑down to pick Clients, Job sites or Employees.
Clients offers an overview of hours across all clients.
Job sites displays hours per location.
Employees shows hours worked by each employee for clients.
Set the period
Choose the date range using the calendar.
Apply additional filters
Click the filter icon to toggle Show inactive employees and Hide all supervisors.
Generate and view
Click Generate to display the table. The columns vary based on the report type; for example, the summary includes service points, employees and worked hours.
Export
Click the download icon to export the report in PDF or XLSX formats.
Tips or Troubleshooting
Register job sites – ensure client service points are set up before generating reports.
Empty tables – verify that there are recorded hours for the selected period.
Supervisor visibility – hide supervisors when you need to focus on client hours.
Best practices
Review client reports regularly to monitor billable hours.
Use XLSX exports for deeper analysis.
Share reports with management and clients as needed.
