Day.io’s Tax Reports module provides files required by Brazil’s Ministry of Labour and Employment. These files record punches from REP‑A, REP‑C and REP‑P devices and are supplied during audits.
The available report types are:
AFD (Data Source File) – a
.txtfile listing all punches for each employee in the selected period without classifying entry/exit or break. Two models exist: the classic format and the Portaria 671 version.AFDT (Processed Data Source File) – shows punches after applying the company’s scheduling rules.
AEJ (Electronic Workday File) – contains post‑processed data from the REP devices.
AFD (671) and AEJ (671) – Portaria 671/1486 versions, which can be generated for the entire company or for a specific branch.
