The Summary report is a consolidated view comparing planned versus worked hours in the selected period. It includes totals for hours worked, absences, hours bank, overtime and night additional.
It is especially useful for month‑end closing and for sharing information with your accountant.
Access the report
Click Reports and choose Summary.
Select employees
Use the All employees field to choose a specific team group of people based on the Company Structure.
Leave the default to include everyone.
Set the period
Choose the start and end dates (e.g., Feb 01 – Feb 28).
The period can be based on the Payroll period, or customized if you use the Download custom period option in the upper right corner of the screen.
Generate the report
Click Generate to view the summary.
Choose the columns
Click the Columns icon to pick which data to display.
You can include planned hours, worked hours, absences, banked hours, extra hours, night shifts and more.
Export
To export the selected view, click the download button on the right and choose the format (PDF, CSV, or XLSX).
To download custom periods (different from payroll periods), use the Download custom period option.
Tips or troubleshooting
Use this report at month‑end to compare planned versus worked hours.
If no data appears, check the period and selected employees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the Summary show individual punches?
No. It shows only totals and comparisons of hours. Use other reports (Clock Ins report or Payroll report) for detailed punches.Can I export a different period than a month?
