The Late Arrivals report displays delayed punch‑ins and return‑from‑break punches for employees.
It helps managers monitor punctuality and investigate reasons for late arrivals. You need recorded punch data for the selected period.
Access the late arrivals report
In the sidebar, click Reports and select Late arrivals.
The page shows filter controls at the top.
Select employees and punch type
Use the All employees field to select specific employees.
In Punch type, choose Entry or Break End.
Adjust additional filters
Click the filter icon to show options.
Toggle Show inactive employees, Hide employees with 0 totals, or Hide all supervisors.
Set the date range
Use the date selector to pick the period; the default is a full month (e.g., Mar. 01–31).
Generate report
Click Generate to display results.
The table includes Date, Employee name, Delay, and Reason columns.
Choose columns
Click the column icon to select the information to display.
Export (if necessary)
To export the selected view, click the download button on the right and choose the format (PDF or XLSX).
Tips or troubleshooting
If “Nothing to show yet” appears, ensure there are punch records for the selected period and review filter settings.
The Download button starts report generation; a Cancel report generation link appears to stop the process.

Review delay patterns regularly to provide feedback to employees.
