The Extra hours report displays overtime worked beyond each employee’s scheduled shift. It helps HR managers analyze overtime balances, calculation phases, and discounts.
Accessible to users with the Reports module, the report requires configured Schedules.
Open the extra hours report
In the sidebar, click Reports and choose Extra hours.
Filter controls appear at the top: employee search, filter icon, date range, and buttons.
Choose employees
Use the search field to select a group of people based on the Company Structure. Enter the full name or part of the structure name; Wait for the results to be displayed; Check the type shown below the name, such as Department or Cost center; Select the desired option;
- To include everyone, keep the default All employees selection or select All.
Set the period
Select the date range for the analysis.
When a group of employees or All employees is selected, the period can only be selected according to the closing period configured in the Payment Groups (e.g., Jan 01 – Jan 31).
When a single employee is selected, you can choose a custom date range (e.g., Jan 01 – Mar 15). However, the report can only be generated for a maximum period of 6 months. The system prevents selecting a date range longer than this limit. If you need to export a longer period, contact our Support team.
