After creating a schedule, you must assign employees so that it takes effect.
Only administrators or users with permission to Manage Employees can associate people with a schedule.
The assignment defines from when the employee must follow the schedule.You can add one employee at a time or multiple employees at once using multi‑selection.
Open the schedule and go to the Employees tab
In Schedules, click the schedule name and select the Employees tab.
The list shows employees already linked and their start dates.
Add a single employee
Click Add employees. A side window appears.
In the Employees field, type the employee’s name and select it.
Enter the Start Date when the employee will follow the schedule.
Click Add to confirm.
Add multiple employees
In the add window, choose Select multiple employees.
Select employees using filters such as Branches, Departments or Teams by ticking the desired boxes.
After selecting, click Select or Confirm (the exact button label may vary).
Set a common Start Date for all and click Add.
Finalize and review
The added employees will appear in the Employees tab list.
To remove someone from the schedule, click the Delete button next to the employee name.
Best practices
Always set the start date to the first day the employee will follow the schedule to avoid recalculating punches retroactively.
Group employees by department or branch to make multi‑selection easier.
Review the employee list after adding to ensure everyone has been linked correctly.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I assign an employee to more than one schedule? No. An employee can have only one active schedule at a time. To change, assign them to a new schedule with a start date.
Can I add employees from different branches at the same time? Yes. In multi‑selection, use filters to select employees from several branches and departments.
Can I set different start dates when adding multiple employees? No. Multi‑selection applies a single start date to all. If you need different dates, add employees individually.
