The Banked Hours report shows the accumulated balance of positive or negative hours for each employee, from the start of validity period. This report allows you to analyze balances and adjust credit or debit hours.
Access the report
In the Reports menu, click on Hours bank.
Select employees
Use the search field to select a group of people based on the Company Structure. Enter the full name or part of the structure name; Wait for the results to be displayed; Check the type shown below the name, such as Department or Cost center; Select the desired option;

Set the period
Select the date range for the analysis.
When a group of employees or All employees is selected, the period can only be selected according to the closing period configured in the Payment Groups (e.g., Jan 01 – Jan 31).
When a single employee is selected, you can choose a custom date range (e.g., Jan 01 – Mar 15). However, the report can only be generated for a maximum period of 6 months. The system prevents selecting a date range longer than this limit. If you need to export a longer period, contact our Support team.
Generate the report
Click Generate to view the report.
Add columns and filters
- Click the columns icon to select additional data.
- The available options are:
- Name: identifies the employee;
- Phases: displays the hours distributed according to the phases configured for the Hours Bank;
- Unused Break Phases: displays Unused Break values according to their phases;
- Worked Hours: total hours worked;
- Accumulated: displays the accumulated Hours Bank balance;
- Projected balance to expire: displays the balance with a projected expiration;
- Missing Hours: total missing hours.
- Select or clear the options according to the information you want to review.
Important: the Hours Bank report does not have a Night Shift column. If you need to analyze Night Shift information, use a report that provides this indicator.
Export the report
To export the selected view, click the download button on the right side and choose the format (PDF, CSV, or XLSX).
Adjust time bank
Click Adjust Bank to open the adjustment window.
Enter the employee, date, phase, the positive or negative value, and the reason.
In case of a negative adjustment, it is possible to convert it into Extra Hours.
Confirm to apply; only Administrators and Supervisors can make adjustments.
Tips and troubleshooting
Adjustments are only allowed during the open payroll period, that is, after closing the payroll period it will not be possible to make changes on the Hours Bank for that period.
Provide clear justifications for each adjustment.
Negative balance can be converted into overtime, according to group rules.
Best practices
Check the banked hours balance regularly to avoid excessive accumulation.
Use filters to analyze specific teams.
Keep records of adjustments made with date and justification.
