The Voice activation (touchless) allows employees to clock in on the Tablet Kiosk by voice, without needing to touch the device.
This feature is part of the Kiosk Settings and must be enabled through the admin panel via computer, no longer directly on the tablet.
Enabling the voice command depends on:
Kiosk already registered and connected to the panel
Proper administrator permission to manage Kiosk settings
Facial biometrics registered for employees who will use the voice command
- Access the Kiosk settings from your computer
Log in to the Admin Panel via your browser.
In the upper right corner, click the Company Settings icon (gear).
Select the Kiosk Settings tab to view the registered devices and their configuration options.
- Find the desired Kiosk
In the list of Kiosks displayed, find the tablet (or tablets) where you want to enable the voice activation.
Click on the corresponding row to open the side settings panel for this device.
Or select multiple devices checking the boxes on the left.
- Enable the Voice activation (touchless)
In the Kiosk side settings panel:
Find the Touchless (voice activation) option
Use the toggle switch to change the status to On
This enables the voice activation on the selected device.
Once enabled, this setting is synchronized in real time with the tablet(s), allowing employees to use voice commands to clock in.
Tips and troubleshooting
If the Touchless option does not appear, confirm that the device is registered.
Make sure the Kiosk has internet access, as the settings are synchronized in real time.
Check if the employees' facial biometrics are registered, otherwise the voice command may not register the clock-in correctly.

Test the voice command after enabling the option in a controlled noise environment.
Keep the tablet well lit and positioned to ensure efficient facial recognition.
