The initial biometric registration can be performed by the employee on the tablet with the assistance of a supervisor/HR, but the employee must already exist in the People list.

- Register the face on the tablet
- On the tablet, tap First Access.
- Enter the first five digits of the employee’s ID (or the Access ID set in kiosk settings).
- Tap Take a photo.
- Stand in front of the tablet in a well‑lit area without a mask until your face is framed.
- Tap OK to confirm or Retake this photo to capture a new photo.
- Wait a few seconds for the upload and facial recognition to complete.
- Complete the registration
- Once registered, the employee can clock in and out using the Clock in (start/return) and Clock out (end/break) buttons.
- Supervisors can remove a face template via through the tablet itself following Employees > Remove if re‑enrollment is needed.
