- Permissions and restrictions
- Users with Administrator or Supervisor roles cannot approve their own adjustment.
- Only the Owner of the company can approve their own records. In all other cases, another leader must approve the adjustment.
- When an employee submits an adjustment, it appears as Pending in the punches list until it is approved.
- Approval flow
- After submitting the adjustment, go to Attendance > Punch log and locate the pending entry.
- If you are a manager (Administrator, Supervisor or Owner), click the entry and select Approve or Deny.
- For employees without management permission, the adjustment remains awaiting a designated manager.
