If you've started your registration on Oitchau and are having trouble accessing your application, there may be a situation preventing your registration from continuing. You may encounter issues accessing it under two circumstances:

Message: "You haven't received an invitation yet" / "Employee hasn't been invited"
Reason: Your HR department has not yet registered you in the Oitchau system, so you can't locate your company to proceed.
What to do? Talk to your HR team and provide them with your phone number (including the area code) so that the team can confirm.

Message: "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again" / "We detected a duplicated device."
Reason: If you still have the same phone number but changed your device, updated the operating system, or formatted it, and you're having trouble accessing Oitchau, you may receive this message.
Any change in the device, whether it's the phone number or the device itself, should be communicated to your HR department for validation.
Once you receive confirmation for the new device, follow these steps:

Open the application and enter your phone number and SMS code.

Look for the button with your company's name; this is the invitation to access! Select the invitation to access Oitchau.
