If you are on the screen to enter the access code but are experiencing issues:

Tap on "Problems with the code?"

If the number is correct and you haven't received your code yet:

• Tap on "Resend code via SMS" or "Resend code via WhatsApp."

If the number is incorrect:

• Tap on "Enter a new number." Enter the number again and wait to receive it.
