Employees connect to the time tracking system through an authorized device.
When an employee changes their phone or installs the app on another device, it is necessary to approve the new device to ensure security.
On this screen, administrators and managers can approve a pending device, change the registered phone, or remove old devices.
It is also possible to update the mobile number associated with the profile so the employee can receive access codes.
Access the employee's profile
In the side menu, go to People and click on the desired employee's name.
Open the devices tab
In the employee's profile, select the Device management tab. If there are no devices registered, the message “No linked devices for this employee” will be displayed.
Update mobile number (if applicable)
If the employee does not have an active mobile number, the system displays a red alert and the Update button. Click Update to enter or correct the mobile number, then click Ok.

The mobile number is displayed at the top of the screen.
You can click Update to change the registered mobile number, then click Ok.
By clicking Change Device, the system allows you to start updating the device used by the employee.
In this process, a blank line is displayed on the panel for the administrator, indicating that confirmation of the new device is still pending. The employee receives an SMS on the new number provided to confirm the change.
After confirmation, the model and token information for the device are automatically updated in the Devices section.

How many devices can an employee have active?
