The Employees Hub lets administrators apply shift (schedule) changes to multiple employees at once.
Instead of editing each profile individually, you select the employees and assign them a new shift with an effective date.
This feature is available to users with Supervisor, Administrator, or Owner permissions.
Open the Employees Hub
From the left menu, click People.
Select employees
Tick the boxes next to the employees you wish to update.
Use the top checkbox to select all employees on the current page.
A bar at the bottom shows how many employees are selected.
Start the shift change
Click Actions.
Choose Assign schedule from the list.
Define the new schedule
In the Assign group window, choose the Schedule.
Set the Start date when the new schedule becomes effective.
Confirm
Click Confirm.
Refresh the page after a few minutes to see the updated schedules.

When you click Actions, you can also:
Assign pay policy – assign a pay policy group to employees.
Assign payroll group – set the payroll group.
Assign holiday group – choose which holiday calendar applies.
Assign to a unit – move employees to a different department, position or branch.
Update locations – update the locations associated with employees.
Set device settings – change kiosk or device options.
Assign to a team – add employees to project teams.
Tips or troubleshooting
The change might take a few minutes to process—refresh the page to verify.
You cannot assign multiple schedules to the same employee at once.

Plan schedule changes ahead to avoid retroactive adjustments.
Use a future effective date to give teams time to prepare.
Review selected employees before confirming a mass change.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I assign multiple groups at the same time? No. Each mass action applies one type of change at a time.
Do schedule changes affect previous punch records? No. The new schedule takes effect from the start date specified.
Can I undo a mass schedule change? You can only assign a different schedule through another mass action or individually.
