When you’re on call, you must record the time you actually work so you’re paid correctly.
Activations can be logged on the web or in the mobile app. Your supervisor sets the on‑call period.

Record an activation on the web
- Go to admin.day.io/login, log in, open Attendance > On Call.
- Click New On-Call, enter start and end times and select On-Call Working Time.
- Click Create; your manager will approve.

Add working time in the app
- On the Today screen, a grey bar titled On Call Shift shows your scheduled on‑call period.
- Only record activations during this time period.
- Tap Add working time + on the grey bar.
- Enter Start day, Time, End day and Time.
- Tap Create to submit.
- Record as many activations as needed; there’s no limit.

Monitor your activations
- The grey bar updates the Working Time to show total minutes.
- You can also view them in the web portal’s On Call section.
Tips / Troubleshooting
- You can’t edit an activation after submitting.
- Ensure you’re within the on‑call period.
- If Add working time + isn’t visible, your shift may not be scheduled.

- Log your activation immediately after you finish working.
