This article is intended to help employees who perform On-Call periods and need to add Activations.
This process is possible through the computer and via the app. Let's see how to include it in both scenarios.
Step 1 - Access the Day.io web environment. First, access the site admin.day.io and log in with your employee account. Then, click on Attendance > On-Call.
Step 2 - Add the on-call and fill in the activation information. Click on this button to include an activation. Next, fill in the information for the activated period and select the "Activation" option.
Step 3 - Click on Create and monitor the request. After creating your working time request, your manager will receive and approve the request. Monitor the On-Call menu for status changes.
💡 Access the steps below during the On-Call period previously agreed upon with your leader. (Practical example: your manager aligned with you that you will be on-call from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, so you can record activations via the app during this period, okay?)
Open your Day.io app and make sure it is one of the versions below:
Android: From version 184.108.40.206. IOS: From version 1.37.1.
Step 1 - Open the Day.io app. Check the gray stripe in your app describing the planned period for your On-Call.
Step 2 - During the on-call period, add your activations. Click the "Add working time +" option when starting your on-call shift. Add the start period (when the activation started) and when it ended. Then, click on Confirm. You can do as many requests as you want! Just repeat the process for each new entry.
Step 3 - Monitor how many total minutes you performed.
