Teams group employees under the leadership of a supervisor. Each team has a name, a responsible supervisor, and a list of members.
Unlike Subsidiaries or Departments, there is no direct creation button in the Teams tab; the team is created when you designate an employee as a supervisor and add members to their profile.
Supervisors can manage their teams. This feature is useful for organizing teams by project or area, keeping the person responsible for processes related to their team's attendance.
Main Actions or Configuration
- Create a New Team
- Go to People and search for the employee who will be the supervisor.
- Click on the employee's name to open their profile.
- At the top right corner, click on Actions.
- Select the option Set as Supervisor and Confirm.
- Tip: The team name is generated based on the supervisor's name; you can edit it later in the team list.

- Add or Remove Team Members
- In the supervisor's profile, under the Team tab, the current members list will be displayed.
- To add more members, click Add and repeat the selection.
- To remove a member, click Remove on the employee's row.
- (Optional) Set the Start Date for each member.

- Rename Team
- Go to Company Structure > Teams.
- View the list of existing teams with columns Team Name, Supervisor, and Employees.
- To edit a team's name, click on the row and then on Edit.
Tips or Troubleshooting
- Only supervisors or administrators can see the Team tab in their profiles.
- Creating a team does not impact permission access; these are set in Permissions.
- It is not possible to create a Team without a defined Supervisor.

- Clearly define who the supervisor is before creating a team.
- Keep the member list updated when there are team changes.
